At The Galavant Society, every Private Galavant is personally planned and managed by our travel design dream team: Linda and Brea. With 15+ years of experience and boots-on-the-ground relationships all over the world, they’re the ones crafting your itinerary, confirming your bookings, and making sure every detail feels effortless.
While Alle focuses exclusively on curating and hosting our Group Galavants, her years of global travel and expert recs infuse our entire database of destinations. In other words: if she’s been there (and she probably has), her favorite finds are in the mix.
We use tech to organize the details, but real human expertise is at the heart of everything we do. ChatGPT can’t VIP you, but we can.
Fees & Booking Details

We pour hours of strategy, research, communication, and expert-level logistics into every trip we plan. This fee allows us to remain unbiased (we don’t just recommend the highest commission options), ensures you get the very best advice, and compensates us fairly for the high level of service we provide.

We charge a planning fee based on your service tier, complexity of your trip, and are also compensated via commissions from hotels and tour partners. Our commission does not increase your trip cost; if you booked the same hotel directly, they’d simply keep the commission for themselves.

While we can’t directly book travel using your points or miles, we can design an itinerary that works around them. We also offer an optional add-on for itinerary planning and destination recommendations to complement the bookings you’ve made on your own.

While we can’t replicate group trips exactly due to pricing and logistics, we’re happy to use them as inspiration and create a custom version just for your group.

Our planning services are best suited for travelers who value boutique to luxury-level travel. While we might not be the right fit for backpacking or budget trips, we’ll always work with you to create a trip that maximizes value and feels right for your investment.

Not at all! We love helping you narrow it down. Whether you have a destination in mind or just a vibe you’re going for, we’ll help shape that spark of wanderlust into a fully formed plan. During your consultation, we’ll talk through your travel style, timeline, and priorities to find the best destination fit for you.

Yes! We offer à la carte itinerary add-ons for travelers who want curated recommendations but have already booked parts of their trip independently.

You’re in the right place. Our à la carte services are designed exactly for that. Whether you need help selecting the perfect hotel, creating a day-by-day itinerary, or finding the best foodie recs in Paris. Think of us as your flexible travel resource, available exactly when you need us.

Ideally, we recommend reaching out 9–12 months in advance to give us time to secure the best availability and options. If you're planning around peak travel seasons like spring break, holidays, or popular festivals, closer to the 12-month mark is ideal. For bucket-list trips like safaris or luxury cruises in Egypt or Antartica, even earlier is better because some cabins and lodges book up 18+ months in advance.
That said, if your timeline is shorter, don’t panic! We can still work our magic. Please keep in mind if your trip is less than 60 days out - rush fees will apply.

Full Service Galavants include in-destination support with our partners and all travelers receive a personalized digital itinerary you can access on your phone with maps, confirmations, and recs all in one place. Think of it as your stylish travel assistant.

We love a spontaneous Galavant, but trips booked within 60 days of departure may incur a rush fee. Reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your timeline.
