A Note from our Founder
Türkiye is a place I just can’t stay away from.
This will be my fifth trip, and yet every visit has revealed something new. A hidden rooftop view in Istanbul, a sunrise in Cappadocia that stopped me in my tracks, a seaside dinner in Bodrum that felt straight out of a dream.
It’s a country where East meets West, ancient meets modern, glamour meets grit and the result is pure magic. There’s nowhere else in the world where you can wander a palace fit for sultans in the morning, sip Turkish tea as Europe and Asia sparkle on either side of the Bosphorus in the afternoon, and find yourself floating above storybook valleys in a hot air balloon the next day.
Türkiye is vibrant, soulful, and endlessly captivating. Each time I leave, I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface.
And now, I can’t wait to experience it all again with you.

In Cappadocia, you’ll wake to skies filled with hot air balloons, explore honey-colored valleys and underground cities, and dine under the stars in a hidden canyon.

Trip Itinerary
DAY ONE – Welcome to Türkiye, Gals! Our team will whisk you to our chic home base where you can refresh and unwind. Tonight, we’ll gather for a stylish Welcome Dinner, the first of many toasts to new friendships and adventures ahead.
DAY TWO — With our private guide, we’ll explore the city’s crown jewels: Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. After a traditional lunch, we’ll close out our day with a private yacht cruise along the Bosphorus.
DAY THREE — Today is all about shopping in one of the world’s most iconic markets: the Grand Bazaar. Get lost in its maze of silks, spices, and glittering treasures before slipping behind the scenes for rare rooftop access, a hidden vantage point with sweeping views of Istanbul, which also made a cameo in James Bond: Skyfall.
DAY FOUR — The day is yours to design. Opt for a cooking class, a marbling workshop, or a street food tour in Kadıköy or simply soak in the city at your own pace.

DAY FIVE – This morning, we’ll trade Istanbul’s buzz for Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes. After a short flight, we’ll settle into our Relais & Châteaux cave retreat perfectly situated for sweeping valley views and balloons drifting across the horizon. The evening is yours to unwind, explore, or simply soak up the otherworldly scenery before dinner.
DAY SIX - Today is a celebration of Cappadocia’s otherworldly landscapes and rich history. Begin with an optional sunrise balloon ride before exploring ancient underground cities, storybook valleys, and rock-carved chapels with our expert guide. We’ll pause for a traditional lunch along the way before heading back to our hotel. The evening is yours to relax or join an optional small-group dinner with fellow Gals.
DAY SEVEN — Your final full day is left intentionally open; enjoy the spa, relax at the hotel, or join optional add-ons like a sunrise trek, private photoshoot, or Whirling Dervish performance. That evening, we’ll come together for an unforgettable Farewell Dinner under the stars, a magical finale to our time in Türkiye.

DAY EIGHT — For those continuing on the optional extension, today we trade Cappadocia’s valleys for the Aegean coast. Bodrum welcomes us with its whitewashed charm, turquoise waters, and breezy glamour, the perfect finale to our journey.
DAY NINE — The best way to see Bodrum? From the water. We’ll spend the day aboard a private yacht, gliding past hidden coves and coastal villages, anchoring to swim in sparkling bays, and savoring a freshly prepared lunch onboard.
DAY TEN — Your last full day is yours to design. Soak up the sun at our hotel’s private beach, wander seaside lanes, or indulge in a Turkish bath at the spa. In the evening, we’ll gather for one final farewell dinner at our favorite restaurant in Bodrum.
DAY ELEVEN — Take in one last glimpse of the turquoise sea before beginning your journey home — or onward, if your Galavant continues.

You’ll have one full free day in each destination: Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Bodrum, to tailor to your own travel style. In Istanbul, that might mean diving deeper into shopping, exploring hidden cafés, or treating yourself to a hammam. In Cappadocia, you could linger at the spa, go for a sunrise trek, or simply watch the balloons from the terrace with coffee in hand. And in Bodrum, you’ll have time to soak up the Aegean sunshine, and wander seaside villages.
